Stanbridges Hobby Shop
The 60th Anniversary STANBRIDGE'S Ute
On the 14th November 1948 Jack Stanbridge wrote his first order for stock for his new Hobby Shop. Jack always regarded this as the day he started in the Hobby Industry. In those days he was in Victoria Park but eventually moved to Mt Lawley in the 1960s.The years after World War II saw numerous businesses start up. One of those was Holden which launched the now famous 48-215 (also known as FX) also in November 1948. STANBRIDGE'S in conjunction with TRAX MODELS decided to produce a 1/43 scale diecast model to commemorate this milestone.

The model will be available for sale on our 60th birthday - Friday 14th November 2008 for $39.95. Orders can be made by contacting the shop.
